Must have hands-on janitorial/custodial operations supervision experience for multi-site facilities.
Must be able to manage cleaning crews, after-hours schedules, route sequencing, work quality, inspections, corrective actions, and City communication.
Must understand restroom sanitation, floor care, carpet cleaning coordination, interior/exterior window cleaning coordination, trash handling, public restroom hazards, PPE use, cleaning chemical handling, and secure facility access/lock-up procedures.
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
