We are seeking someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help others. EXPERIENCE IN OPTOMETRY FIELD REQUIRED FOR CURRENT POSITION.
This is a full-time position (35–40 hours/week), Monday through Friday, with no weekends.

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous optometric experience preferred
- Experience with vision plans including VSP, EyeMed, Spectera, and others is a plus
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Full-time availability
- Desire to contribute to the growth and success of the practice
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems preferred
- Comfortable with social media and marketing initiatives
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Verify and interpret medical and vision insurance benefits
- Check patients in and out of
- Daily balancing of receipts
- Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the patient experience
- Assist with office organization and cleanlinessConduct contact lens insertion and removal training
- Become familiar with various contact lens brands and wearing schedules
- Track inventory of products
- Support marketing and practice growth initiatives
- Understand Dry Eye Treatments and technologies
- Learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures as needed
