About the Role
Best Brands Consumer Products is looking for an E-Commerce Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This hands-on role focuses on creating compelling product imagery and digital content for Amazon and our growing e-commerce platforms.
The ideal candidate has strong graphic design fundamentals, excellent Photoshop skills, and an eye for creating clean, compelling visuals that communicate product features and benefits. AI is an important part of our creative process, and this role will use AI-assisted tools alongside traditional design and editing workflows to develop and enhance e-commerce creative.
We’re looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and excited to continue learning as e-commerce and creative technology evolve.
What You’ll Do
· Create product listing images, infographics, A+ Content, advertising, and other e-commerce creative.
· Turn product features and marketing messages into clear, compelling visuals.
· Use AI-assisted creative tools for concept development, lifestyle imagery, image creation, editing, and enhancement.
· Create polished product and lifestyle imagery using Photoshop, compositing, retouching, and AI-assisted workflows.
· Retouch and edit product photography, including color correction, masking, cleanup, and image manipulation.
· Maintain product accuracy and follow brand and licensor guidelines across multiple nationally recognized brands.
· Work collaboratively with the e-commerce team and cross-functional partners to bring creative projects from concept through final execution.
· Manage multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines.
· Stay current with e-commerce trends, AI tools, and emerging creative technology.
Qualifications & Skills
· 1+ year of professional graphic design experience, preferably in e-commerce, consumer products, retail, or digital marketing.
· Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
· Strong photo retouching, compositing, and image manipulation skills.
· Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
· Comfortable using AI-assisted creative tools as part of the design process and interested in continuing to learn new tools and workflows.
· Strong attention to detail with an eye for product accuracy and realism.
· Ability to take creative direction, incorporate feedback, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
Nice to Have
· Experience creating Amazon product listing images and A+ Content.
· Product photography and studio lighting experience.
· Experience creating or editing short-form product videos.
· Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva or similar video editing tools.
· Experience with AI-assisted image or video generation.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Edison, New Jersey.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $61,941.03 - $65,430.45 per year
