In-Home Sales Representative

About the Role:
- Meet with homeowners in their homes to design and present cabinet refacing solutions
- Build rapport, identify customer needs, and recommend the best solution for their home
- Measure projects, prepare accurate pricing, and present financing options
- Close sales using our proven One-Sit Close sales process
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through signed agreement
Key Qualifications:
- In-home sales, outside sales, or business-to-consumer sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to close sales and exceed performance goals
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Professional appearance with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments (no Saturday evening appointments)
