Job Overview
Creative West Graphic Solutions is looking for a skilled and versatile Graphic Designer & Production Specialist to join our growing team in Livingston, CA. This part-time, on-site position is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative design and hands-on production in a fast-paced shop environment.
You’ll work on a variety of client projects including branding, website design, print materials, apparel, signage, vehicle graphics, promotional products, and other custom projects for businesses, schools, nonprofits, and organizations. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and enjoys taking projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Design logos, brand identities, marketing materials, print collateral, signage, apparel graphics, social media graphics, and other digital and print assets
- Design and build client websites using Squarespace, WordPress, or similar content management systems (CMS) with a focus on user experience, branding, and visual consistency
- Prepare production-ready artwork for print, signage, apparel, and other custom products
- Assist with print production, finishing, and installation
- Maintain organized project files and production workflows
- Keep the production area clean, organized, and efficient
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, is required
- Experience with Canva or other design tools is a plus
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, color theory, and print-ready file preparation, including bleeds and crop marks
- Experience with social media content or signage production is a plus
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity and attention to detail
- Organized, reliable, and open to feedback
- Experience designing websites using WordPress, Squarespace, or similar content management systems (CMS)
- Understanding of responsive web design, page layout, and basic user experience (UX) principles
- HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Production experience is preferred, but not required
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: DTF printing or apparel decoration, vinyl graphics and sign production, large-format printing and finishing, or embroidery production
- A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred, but not required

Pay: $16.90 - $24.00 per hour
