岗位职责
- 作为业务部门的HR合作伙伴（HRBP），支持仓储及运营团队的人力资源需求
- 负责员工关系管理，处理复杂员工问题及劳动纠纷
- 熟悉并应用加州劳动法，确保公司合规运营
- 管理招聘、入职、员工培训及绩效管理流程
- 使用 payroll 系统进行员工薪资及相关管理
- 与管理层紧密合作，提供人力资源策略支持
- 优化 HR 流程，提升组织效率
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，法律或相关专业优先
- 至少1–2年 payroll 系统使用经验（如 TriNet、ADP 等）
- 熟悉美国 HR 服务行业相关法律法规及税务政策
- 必须熟悉加州劳动法（California Labor Law）
- 至少1–2年海外仓/物流行业 HR 经验
- 有处理复杂员工关系或劳动纠纷案例经验
- 具备良好的沟通能力和问题解决能力
- 中英文流利者优先

About Us
We are a fast-growing company specializing in warehouse & logistics management, e-commerce operations, and overseas business expansion services for Chinese enterprises. We are looking for an experienced HRBP to support our U.S. warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an HR Business Partner to support warehouse and operations teams
- Manage employee relations, including handling complex HR cases
- Ensure compliance with California labor laws and regulations
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Utilize payroll systems for employee compensation management
- Partner with leadership to provide strategic HR support
- Improve HR processes and organizational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Law or related field preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience using payroll systems (e.g., TriNet, ADP)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. HR regulations and tax policies
- Must be familiar with California labor law
- 1–2 years of HR experience in warehouse/logistics industry
- Experience handling complex employee relations cases
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
- Experience in Chinese companies or cross-border e-commerce
- Multi-state HR compliance experience
