EXAMPLE OF DUTIES The Swim Coordinator manages the daily operations of the swim lesson program. Under the direction of the City of Minnetonka Aquatics Manager, this position is required to work mornings, afternoon, evenings, and weekends. The Swim Coordinator will need to manage multiple activities simultaneously and interpret operating policies and administrative duties in a capacity that requires independent judgment. Coordinators must be effective at handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary. The ideal Swim Coordinator should possess strong leadership qualities with supervision and mentoring staff.
