Holistic Dental Center of New Jersey is a fee-for-service biologic dental practice in downtown Millburn. Patients travel from across NJ, NY, and PA for care they can't find anywhere else — and they arrive engaged, health-conscious, and ready to invest in their health. That changes everything about the front desk role: no assembly-line scheduling, no being treated like an afterthought. You'll be the voice of a practice patients genuinely trust, and the doctors will treat you as the professional you are.
What You'll Do
- Be the first voice new patients hear — and the reason they book
- Guide inquiries from first call to scheduled appointment with warmth and confidence
- Walk patients through fees and financial arrangements with confidence
- Deliver concierge-level service to patients who notice and appreciate it
- Keep front desk operations running smoothly using proven systems
- Work directly with the doctors as a trusted right hand — not just "the front desk"
What You Bring
- 3+ years of dental front desk experience (this is a senior role — we're looking for someone who's already excellent at this)
- Exceptional phone skills and a track record of converting new patient inquiries
- Strong understanding of dental insurance verification and claims
- Comfort delivering concierge-level service to high-end patients
- Ability to follow systems, meet KPIs, and work within structured protocols
Bonus points for:
- Fee-for-service or out-of-network practice experience
- Open Dental experience
- Front office leadership or management experience
