Toledo Painting Pros is looking for an experienced and dependable painting subcontractor to help complete residential and commercial painting projects throughout the Toledo area.
We have a steady pipeline of projects and can keep the right contractor and crew extremely busy. Contractors with an established crew of one to two additional painters are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Complete interior and exterior painting projects
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, caulking, patching, and priming
- Spray, brush, and roll surfaces as required
- Protect customers’ property and maintain a clean work area
- Complete projects according to the agreed scope and schedule
- Communicate clearly with our project manager regarding progress, materials, and concerns
- Deliver professional, high-quality workmanship
Requirements
- Professional painting experience
- Experience operating an airless paint sprayer
- Must own a reliable paint sprayer and necessary painting equipment
- Reliable transportation to jobs throughout the Toledo area
- Active general liability insurance
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and proper preparation standards
- Professional and respectful around customers
- Must be dependable and maintain consistent communication
Preferred Qualifications
- An established crew of one to two additional experienced painters
- Experience with both interior and exterior projects
- Experience painting siding, trim, fascia, soffits, doors, cabinets, decks, and other common surfaces
- Access to ladders and additional job-site equipment
- Photos or references from previous projects
