Position Compensation:
● Base Salary: $60,000/year (~$29/hr.), paid bi-monthly (1st & 15th)
● Performance Bonus: $12,000 at 100% of plan — no upper earning limit
● Total Compensation: $72,000+ for qualified candidates (~$35/hr. equivalent)

About the Role:
As a CRT Wheelchair Technician, you are the cornerstone of our patient-centered service model. You’ll work autonomously across your territory — coordinating with Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs), managing equipment, and ensuring every patient has the optimal setup for their needs. This role is ideal for a self-starter who takes pride in making a real difference in people’s lives.
Responsibilities / Tasks:
● Proactively contact patients through our “Quality Call Out Program” to ensure optimal equipment performance
● Schedule and coordinate service visits, evaluate equipment conditions, and provide timely repair quotes
● Conduct wheelchair fittings; escalate to ATP for diagnosis changes or first-time users
● Manage storage facility, coordinate equipment logistics, and collaborate with vendors
● Maintain all company equipment meticulously and complete required documentation
Minimum Requirements:
● High school diploma or GED
● 3+ years of hands-on equipment servicing experience
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
● Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
● Must pass drug screening and background check
● Clear written communication and professional appearance
● The role involves regular monthly overnight travel
Ideal Candidate:
● 3+ years of experience servicing assistive mobility (CRT) equipment
● Strong organizational skills with an entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset
● Ability to independently manage scheduling, administration, and patient follow-up
● Proficient with digital tools: Brightree, G-Suite, and Slack
● Passionate about patient care and committed to long-term career growth
● Bi-lingual Spanish is a bonus
