About the Family
This Mt. Kisco-based family is seeking a warm, proactive, and highly reliable full-time nanny to support their nearly one-year-old child in a long-term role. The family values professionalism, excellent communication, initiative, and genuine engagement with child development. They are looking for someone who will become a trusted, consistent presence in their child’s life while helping maintain smooth day-to-day household rhythms related to childcare.
The Role (Day-to-Day Care)
A typical day in the household will center around the care and development of a newborn transitioning into infancy. The mother will be home full-time, creating a collaborative dynamic where the nanny is expected to take initiative while also working in partnership. The role is fully child-focused, with responsibilities including feeding, sleep routines, developmental engagement, and maintaining the child’s spaces and items. As the child grows, the role will evolve to include outings, activities, and eventual driving. The household is well-supported with additional staff, allowing the nanny to remain fully focused on the child.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional childcare experience
- Experience with both infants and toddlers
