Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of New England Seafood and sandwiches
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
- Monitor food cooking temperatures and adjust cooking times as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of food items
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a fry cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Familiarity with restaurant kitchen operations and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines accurately
