Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Kitchen Helper who understands what it takes to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation kitchen. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who is dependable, works with urgency, and takes pride in maintaining a spotless, organized kitchen.
If you are someone who frequently misses work, arrives late, needs constant supervision, or does not take cleanliness seriously, this position is not for you.
Responsibilities
- Perform food preparation quickly, accurately, and safely.
- Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment while maintaining a constant workflow.
- Keep the kitchen exceptionally clean, organized, and fully sanitized throughout each shift.
- Assist cooks and kitchen staff wherever needed.
- Properly receive, store, and rotate food and supplies.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations without exception.
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous commercial kitchen experience is REQUIRED.
- Proven experience with food preparation and commercial dishwashing.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation and food safety procedures.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
