- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heavy plant machinery, including conveyors, gearboxes, blowers, pumps, and rotary valves.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, AC drives, motors, and automation networks.
- Repair and maintain high-pressure hydraulic and pneumatic systems, perform precision laser alignments, and rebuild equipment.
- Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance and document activities using CMMS software.
- Follow all plant safety protocols and respond swiftly to emergency trouble calls.
- Mid-level, multi-craft experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting within industrial manufacturing.
- Strong ability to read complex blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with 480VAC / 120vAC / 24vDC systems and industrial welding.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, holidays, and during planned/unplanned plant shutdowns.
