We are a local, female-owned company looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide pediatric care. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical, mental, or developmental disabilities. As part of a Special Education team, the Occupational Therapist will also be responsible for creating individualized treatment plans and providing patient education on how to best manage their condition. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs of pediatric patients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for pediatric patients.
- Provide education to families and caregivers on how to use adaptive equipment and techniques.
- Instruct patients in activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Develop home exercise programs for pediatric patients.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Pay: $53.00 - $68.00 per hour
