Under the general guidelines of the Senior Assistant Director, Business Operations, performs undergraduate admission functions requiring independent judgment, detailed policy knowledge and responsibility for complex processes that impact undergraduate admission decisions and applicant outcomes for prospective students. Support admission operations through application processing, transcript verification, application evaluation, data integrity, and communication with applicants.

Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related job experience. (Required)
- Knowledge and experience working with a diverse student population. (Required)
- Detailed knowledge of Student Information System, Slate, and Perceptive Content. (Required)
- Detailed knowledge of the UC Application for Undergraduate Admission. (Preferred)
- Demonstrated working knowledge of UA office policies, processes, and procedures. (Preferred)
- Working knowledge of the UC and the ability to interpret policies and procedures to prospective applicants and the public. (Preferred)
- Working knowledge of admission requirements for the campus, school and college. (Required)
- Demonstrated detailed knowledge of specialized areas of admission, e.g. reconsideration, application processing, appeals. (Required)
- Skills in working independently and following through on assignments with minimal direction. Skills in prioritizing assignments to complete work in a timely manner when there are changes in workload and competing deadlines. (Required)
- Demonstrated ability to prepare project plans, forecast workloads, and determine required staffing levels. Demonstrated ability to design and implement instruments for tracking projects and monitoring workflow. (Required)
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with administrators, colleagues and other staff members. (Required)
- Skills in analyzing data, problems, situations, practices or procedures to define the problem or objective and recommend changes/updates. (Required)
- Demonstrated written and oral skills to write clear and grammatically correct documentation and reports to convey information and to present ideas in group and one on one settings. (Required)
- Demonstrated knowledge of Windows based applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. (Required)
Education, Licenses, Certifications & Personal Affiliations
- Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of related job experience. (Required)
