Position Overview
This position serves as one of the first points of contact for our customers and plays a vital role in keeping our office running smoothly. If you enjoy talking with people, staying organized, and helping a team succeed, we'd love to meet you.
Every day is a little different, so we're looking for someone who is adaptable, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails
- Provide outstanding customer service and build positive client relationships
- Coordinate communication between customers, office staff, and field crews
- Assist managers and department leads with administrative tasks
- Schedule appointments and update customer information
- Perform data entry and other computer-based office work
- Prepare documents, estimates, invoices, and reports as needed
- Help keep the office organized and operating efficiently
- Take on new responsibilities as the company continues to grow

Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous customer service or office experience
- Experience answering multi-line phones
- Microsoft Office or Google Workspace experience
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or service industries is a plus
