What You’ll Do
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, train, and support the maintenance team
- Set expectations and keep the team on track to meet deadlines
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and up to standard
Maintenance Operations
- Work closely with the Property Manager to plan and prioritize maintenance
- Keep operations running smoothly while staying within budget
- Oversee work orders, reports, and maintenance documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively
Repairs & Installations
- Oversee and assist with painting, drywall, and general repairs
- Install and maintain appliances, lighting, ceiling fans, and fixtures
- Handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building system repairs
Unit Turns & Make Readies
- Manage and assist with preparing vacant units for move-in
- Ensure units are completed on time and meet quality standards
Property Upkeep
- Perform and oversee repairs across the property
- Conduct routine inspections and address maintenance needs
- Keep grounds clean, safe, and well-maintained
Pool & Grounds
- Maintain pool and spa including chemical balancing and cleaning
- Monitor equipment and handle issues quickly
- Ensure outdoor areas are clean and presentable
Inventory & Organization
- Track and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
- Ensure materials are organized and properly stored
- Coordinate restocking as needed
On-Call & Emergency Response
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Respond to after-hours emergencies
- Ensure resident safety and quick resolution of urgent issues
Preventative Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance to extend equipment life
- Identify and fix issues before they become costly problems
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all NCH Corporation policies and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Maintain a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors
What We’re Looking For
- Previous maintenance experience required (supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Hands-on, problem-solving mindset

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
