- Concrete & Structural: Execute and supervise concrete work including form building, rod busting, anchor bolt kits, pours, and finishing.
- Utility Installation: Oversee trenching and installation of power and fiber conduits, copper wire runs, and grounding systems using CAD welds.
- Heavy Equipment Operation: Operate and direct usage of excavators, skid steers, trenchers, and other job-site equipment.
- Erosion & Drainage: Implement erosion control using fabric and rock; install culverts and ensure proper site drainage.
- Fencing & Welding: Install chain link and game fencing; perform basic welding tasks as needed.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA safety standards and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Documentation: Maintain daily job logs, photos, material records, and site inspection reports.
- Communication: Coordinate with subcontractors, project managers, and clients for smooth workflow and problem resolution.
- Travel Coordination: Assist with logistics for equipment mobilization from site to site.
Required Technical Skills:
- Advanced skills in concrete forming, reinforcement (rebar), anchor bolt installation, pour, and finish work.
- Knowledge of electrical conduit routing, including fiber and copper installations.
- Grounding system installation using CAD weld procedures.
- Trenching, conduit routing, and proper backfill techniques.
- Erosion control installation (fabric, riprap, rock).
- Installation of culverts, chain link and game fencing.
- Operation of heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, trenchers).
- Ability to interpret and implement engineering drawings and schematics.
Desireable Technical Skills:
- Site layout experience with Trimble GPS equipment and total stations.
- Project Management & Software - Daily reporting and punch list
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or crew lead role.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.
