Responsibilities:_ take the on-call phone every third week
- Coordinate and schedule staff for various shifts
- Maintain accurate records of staff attendance
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and training
- Type, transcribe, and file documents as needed
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
-Provide direct care staff oversight / supervision
- Provide direct care to residents as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a staff supervisor or a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain professionalism
CNA or MA preferred but not required
