Duties
- Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries during overnight hours, ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls efficiently.
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, revenue, and operational logs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and provide personalized service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, inspecting the premises, and controlling access points.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial documentation for management review.
- Support front desk operations by managing reservations, cancellations, and special requests with enthusiasm.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in resort or hotel environments.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and excellent phone etiquette.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
- Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel management systems, and guest services best practices.
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently and manage guest relations professionally.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills for accurate record keeping.
