Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair tasks. A commitment to safety and customer service is crucial in this position.
Responsibilities
- Maintain sidewalks, parking lots, clubhouses, pools, and public areas.
- Perform custodial duties: cleaning, sweeping, mopping, bathroom sanitization, and trash removal.
- Handle pool care: vacuuming, skimming.
- Assist with irrigation and lighting repairs.
- Basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs under supervision.
- Event setup and cleanup.
- Operate small equipment (lawnmower, weed trimmer, blower, drills, saws, ect).
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Mississippi driver’s license.
- 18+ years old, background check required.
- Ability to read tape measures and operate power tools.
- Physical stamina: bending, walking, lifting 50+ lbs., working outdoors in all
- weather
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
