Perfumes 4 U is seeking energetic, goal-driven individuals who are passionate about sales and motivated to earn money! We’re currently hiring a Lead Key Holder to support store operations, drive sales, and help lead a high-performing team.
Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
Position Summary
The Lead Key Holder plays a critical role in supporting store leadership by opening/closing the store, supervising staff, maintaining operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position is full-time and requires strong retail experience, reliability, and initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
- Open and close the store in compliance with company procedures.
- Perform management duties in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
- Supervise staff during shifts to ensure productivity and compliance.
- Check store email regularly for web orders and cycle count instructions.
- Assist with merchandise receiving and inventory management.
Sales & Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service and effectively address customer concerns.
- Achieve and surpass store sales and gross profit goals.
- Train, mentor, and motivate new and existing associates.
- Must meet or exceed performance benchmarks:
- Total PL of at least 35%
- UPT (Units Per Transaction) of 2.0 minimum
Reporting & Compliance
- Submit a weekly timecard report to payroll every Sunday.
- Report time discrepancies through the Portal when required
- Approve returns according to company policy.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and basic computer skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Work Schedule
- Full-time (30+ hours per week required)
- Lead Key Holders and Store Managers may not take the same days off.
