Campus Computer Store on the campus of UT Austin, is seeking an experienced technician to diagnose problems, troubleshoot units and order the appropriate parts to make the necessary repairs of PC notebook lines. The listed pay reflects a ranged based on experience and certification status.
Duties:
Supervise full cycle of computer repair by diagnosing problem, suggesting solutions and testing repaired units for problems
Provide customer service to retail customers and open/close the store.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Must be able to speak, read and write English
Strong knowledge of Windows computer hardware and OS
Must be able to multi task
Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
Must be detailed oriented
Must have good people skill and enjoy interaction with customers.
The schedule is Monday through Friday 26-32 hours per week. Hours can flex with your schedule.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
