GameDay Men's Health is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator / Medical Assistant to become the welcoming face of our Billings clinic. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

The person in this role is often the first and last interaction our patients have, making them an essential part of the overall patient experience.
Primary Responsibilities
This position is primarily administrative and patient-facing, including:
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Answering phones, text messages, emails, and CRM communications
- Scheduling appointments and managing provider calendars
- Assisting prospective patients with questions about our services and guiding them through the new patient process
- Supporting patient retention through outstanding customer service and follow-up
- Verifying services and ensuring accurate billing and documentation
- Maintaining patient records within the EMR while adhering to HIPAA standards
- Managing multiple priorities while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
Clinical Support (Cross-Training Provided)
As a small team, we value versatility and provide training opportunities for motivated individuals. Depending on experience and certification, responsibilities may also include:
- Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs
- Collecting patient histories for provider review
- Performing phlebotomy and processing laboratory specimens
- Administering testosterone, vitamin, and other injections
- Assisting providers with in-office procedures
- Supporting daily clinic operations

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a medical office, healthcare administration, or customer service role
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems
- Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
- Current BLS certification preferred
