Overview

Responsibilities
- Prepare, configure, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment including microphones, speakers, projectors, video displays, control systems.
- Program control systems for AV setups using software to automate and optimize system functionality.
- Support live event AV production projects by setting up equipment, managing signal flow, and troubleshooting issues in real-time to ensure flawless execution.
- Diagnose equipment problems through troubleshooting techniques and implement effective solutions swiftly.
- Manage computer and screen coverage during worship services.
- Create slides with lyrics to present during Sunday worship and our live broadcast (YouTube)
- Manage sound levels and various audio issues during service.
- Manage the recording, editing an uploading of video services.
- Assist when requested with audio-visual needs for special services such as memorial services and weddings (typically Saturdays)
- Perform other functions as assigned or requested.
Experience
- Proven experience in field service roles involving AV system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in live event or corporate environments.
- Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting across hardware components including computers, digital processors, amplifiers, microphones and control interfaces.
- Knowledge of mechanical aspects related to AV setup such as cabling techniques, mechanical assembly, and infrastructure integration.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, much of the day to day work will be done independently from the AV control area on Sunday mornings.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
