THE ROLE
The Sales & Studio Manager is the heartbeat of the studio experience.
This role is responsible for creating an elevated, welcoming, high-energy environment while driving membership growth, retention, team leadership, and daily operations.
You will lead with both strategy and heart supporting our team, building strong client relationships, maintaining studio excellence, and ensuring every person who walks through our doors feels like they belong here.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, naturally connects with people, takes initiative, and genuinely cares about creating unforgettable experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIESSALES & MEMBER EXPERIENCE
- Lead membership growth and retention strategies
- Handle all client inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in person
- Develop and implement strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Manage all client and prospect inquiries (phone, email, in-person)
- Conduct consultations, intro offers, and upsell services
- Process bookings and payments
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and new business opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Track all sales activity within company systems
- Reduce cancellations through proactive communication and client care
- Personally handle cancellation requests with a retention-first mindset
- Maintain an attrition rate below 5%
- Create opportunities to surprise and delight clients
STUDIO CULTURE & COMMUNITY
- Help maintain the Rockstar culture and energy in every interaction
- Build authentic relationships with members and staff
- Foster a positive, empowering, inclusive environment
- Support studio events, workshops, performances, and community experiences
- Be a visible leader within the studio community
Customer Experience
- Deliver a high-touch, luxury-level experience for every client
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and community-driven environment
- Ensure every visit feels personalized and memorable
TEAM LEADERSHIP
- Lead, motivate, and support the front desk and instructors
- Help maintain high standards of professionalism and customer care
- Manage staff schedules and studio coverage
- Conduct team check-ins, coaching, and performance reviews
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Lead by example with positivity, accountability, and initiative
OPERATIONS
- Oversee daily studio operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and luxury presentation standards
- Ensure safety procedures and operational systems are consistently followed
- Manage inventory, supplies, and retail organization
- Assist in optimizing class schedules and studio efficiency
- Handle administrative tasks, reporting, and studio systems
- Report on studio performance to leadership
PRE-REQUISITES & ATTRIBUTESWHO YOU ARE
- A natural leader with strong people skills
- Highly organized and proactive
- Passionate about fitness, wellness, empowerment, and community
- Confident handling sales and client relationships
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced in customer service and team management
- Someone who brings positive energy into every room they walk into
EXPERIENCE REQUIREED
- 3+ years in sales, and fitness, wellness, or studio management
- Experience leading teams and managing client relationships
- Familiarity with booking software and studio systems preferred
- Experience with content creation and social media preferred
- Ability to build relationships, handle challenges, and support clients through all stages of their journey

Compensation
$45,000-55,000 per year depending on experience and commission
Paid time off
HOURS
- Full time
- Tues-Saturday evenings and weekends required
