Lawn Maintenance Crew Member – Full-Time
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to be part of a professional lawn and landscape company.
Pay: $14.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience and ability.
Job Responsibilities
- Mow residential and commercial properties using commercial zero-turn mowers
- Operate string trimmers, edgers, and backpack blowers
- Edge sidewalks, curbs, driveways, and landscape beds
- Trim around trees, buildings, fences, and other obstacles
- Blow off sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other hard surfaces
- Perform basic shrub trimming and landscape maintenance
- Load, unload, and properly secure equipment
- Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized
- Perform a final walk-through of properties to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow company safety procedures and crew leader instructions
- Help the crew complete the scheduled route each day
Requirements
- Lawn maintenance or landscaping experience is preferred
- Experience operating commercial zero-turn mowers is preferred
- Must be dependable and report to work on time
- Must be able to work outdoors in hot and humid conditions
- Must be able to perform physical labor throughout the workday
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
- Must work well with others and follow directions
- Must take pride in quality and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record are a plus
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required
