Absolute Flood Response & AFR Construction is seeking an experienced Water Restoration Technician who is ready to work, grow, and build a long-term career with our team.

What You'll Do
- Respond to water, mold, fire, and emergency mitigation losses
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, and demolition as needed
- Set up and monitor drying equipment
- Complete moisture readings and documentation
- Follow IICRC standards and company procedures
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Participate in on-call rotations
- Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and job sites
- Required
- 3+ years of restoration experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT)
Lead Technician experience
Mold remediation experience

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
