Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with professionalism and care
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians
- Enter customer and job information accurately into our system
- Handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Deliver excellent customer service at every interaction
- Support daily administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (call center or service industry a plus)
- Strong typing skills and computer proficiency
- Clear communication and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Eagerness to grow and develop within the company
Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, In-Person
- Location: 8099 Johnson road
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay when applicable
