Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet and verify all individuals entering the premises, ensuring authorized access at all times
- Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to detect suspicious activity or security breaches
- Conduct thorough inspections of visitors, staff, and contractors to prevent theft or unauthorized entry
- Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents or conflicts using conflict management skills
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and access records for accountability and reporting purposes
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents requiring external assistance
- Enforce safety protocols and loss prevention measures to protect assets and personnel
Qualifications
- Knowledge of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Familiarity with security procedures, access control protocols, and emergency response plans
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members, visitors, and authorities
- Ability to stand, walk, or remain alert for extended periods while maintaining focus on surroundings
