Curated Los Angeles is seeking an exceptional, outgoing, and sales-driven Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to join our growing team.
Located on beautiful Montana Avenue in Santa Monica, Curated Los Angeles is Santa Monica's most loved jewelry boutique featuring a carefully curated collection of fine jewelry from over 20 independent designers. We specialize in custom engagement rings, one-of-a-kind pieces, and timeless jewelry, offering every client a highly personalized shopping experience.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about luxury sales, enjoys building lasting relationships, and is excited to grow with an entrepreneurial small business where every team member plays an important role.

You are:
- Passionate about fine jewelry, fashion, and luxury retail
- A confident, enthusiastic salesperson who enjoys exceeding goals
- Naturally warm, personable, and skilled at building long-term client relationships
- Curious and excited to learn about gemstones, craftsmanship, custom jewelry, and independent designers
- Professional, polished, and highly detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced boutique environment
- A collaborative team player who enjoys contributing beyond sales
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional luxury customer service that exceeds expectations
- Build meaningful client relationships through personalized styling, follow-up, and clienteling
- Meet and exceed individual and boutique sales goals
- Develop extensive product knowledge across our designers, gemstones, and collections
- Assist clients with custom jewelry projects, engagement rings, and special orders
- Maintain beautiful visual merchandising and store presentation
- Assist with inventory management, POS transactions, Shopify e-commerce fulfillment, and boutique operations
- Support marketing initiatives, events, and social media content
- Help create an inspiring and welcoming boutique environment for every client
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of retail sales experience (fine jewelry, luxury retail, or fashion preferred)
- Proven ability to build client relationships and drive sales
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable using technology, POS systems, Shopify, and Microsoft Office (Excel experience is a plus)
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- College degree preferred, but not required
