T&S Construction is a small, owner-operated general contracting business specializing in framing, interior carpentry, and exterior finishes. We're looking for a dependable and hard-working individual to join the crew. This position offers hands-on experience in residential construction, with opportunities to learn a wide range of skills on the job.
You’ll work directly alongside the owner on various projects, from new builds to remodels. Ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, attention to detail, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks including framing, finish carpentry, and exterior work
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Support lead contractor with day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong work ethic and a good attitude
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
