Cornerstone Speech Services is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a full-time position within a small, supportive K–12 school setting.
This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals while providing individualized speech and language services in a school environment.
Position Highlights
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- School hours: approximately 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Caseload of approximately 40–50 students maximum
- Small school setting with a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities
The SLP will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech and language services to students, including:
- Conducting speech and language evaluations and reassessments
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Providing individual and/or small-group speech and language therapy
- Monitoring student progress and collecting data
- Completing required documentation and progress reports
- Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with the educational team
- Consulting with teachers, families, and other professionals
- Making appropriate recommendations regarding speech, language, communication, and related needs
- Supporting students' functional communication across academic and school environments
Qualifications
- Current California Speech-Language Pathology license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligible
- Experience working with school-age children preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for helping students develop functional communication skills
