We are currently looking for a driven, highly organized Customer Retention & Marketing Coordinator to join our Overland Park team.
Job Overview
We are not looking for a traditional "brand awareness" marketer. We are looking for a revenue driver. Your primary mission is to maximize our existing customer database, grow our recurring revenue, and ruthlessly protect our online reputation. You will act as the "Google Guardian" for our local listings, the master of our CRM marketing, and the primary liaison between our ownership and our external SEO/PPC agency.
Duties
- Master ServiceTitan Marketing Pro: Build, execute, and monitor automated email and SMS drip campaigns targeting unsold estimates, aging equipment, and seasonal tune-ups.
- Drive Recurring Revenue: Spearhead internal campaigns designed to convert one-time repair customers into lifelong maintenance plan members.
- Manage Local Services Ads (LSAs): Monitor our Google LSA dashboard daily. You will be responsible for ensuring a sub-5-minute response time, booking leads, and aggressively disputing unqualified leads to get our money back.
- Be the "Google Guardian": Manage our Google Business Profiles (Overland Park and Blue Springs). You will update seasonal categories, respond to every single customer review, and upload fresh, authentic photos/videos of our team in action.
- Dispatch Alignment: Work directly with our dispatch team. If the board is light on a Tuesday afternoon, you will instantly create and deploy a targeted text/email promo to our customer base to fill those trucks.
- Agency Accountability: Meet weekly with our external digital marketing agency to ensure their PPC and technical SEO efforts are actually translating into high-ticket jobs, not just cheap clicks.
What We Are Looking For:
- CRM Experience: Previous experience with ServiceTitan Marketing Pro (or a similar robust CRM like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Housecall Pro) is highly preferred.
- Local SEO Understanding: You know your way around a Google Business Profile and understand how reviews, photos, and responsiveness drive local rankings.
- Revenue-Minded: You understand that marketing in the trades is about dispatching trucks and booking profitable jobs, not just getting "likes" on social media.
- Content Creator: You aren't afraid to walk into the shop, pull out your smartphone, and film a quick 10-second video of our techs loading up the trucks for genuine social content.
- Excellent Communicator: You possess strong copywriting skills to craft compelling text blasts, emails, and professional review responses.

Pay: $50,826.57 - $61,210.50 per year
