What You’ll Do
Depending on experience level (II or III), responsibilities may include:
Assembly & Production
- Assemble parts, components, and finished products using work instructions, diagrams, and technical drawings
- Perform visual and functional inspections during and after assembly to ensure products meet quality standards
- Identify defects or issues in the assembly process and work with the team to resolve them
- Meet or exceed production targets while maintaining accuracy and minimizing downtime
Advanced (Level III) Responsibilities
- Assemble more complex and intricate components based on detailed technical drawings
- Provide guidance, support, and occasional training to less experienced operators
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and collaborate with team members to find effective solutions
Equipment & Tools
- Operate a variety of assembly tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform basic (Level II) or routine (Level III) equipment cleaning and maintenance
- Maintain accurate production records, checklists, and quality reports
Safety & Teamwork
- Follow all safety procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicate effectively with team members, leads, and supervisors to keep workflow smooth and productive
What We’re Looking For
Assembly Operator II
- 2+ years of experience in assembly or related manufacturing work
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a commitment to quality
- Basic machine operation and equipment care skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Assembly Operator III
- 3+ years of assembly experience, including complex or precision assemblies
- Ability to read and interpret more complex technical drawings
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience guiding or supporting junior team members
- Proficient in machine operation and routine equipment maintenance
Education
- High School Diploma (required)
Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
