The Role:
As our Treatment Coordinator, you are the heartbeat of our concierge patient experience. You are the advocate who bridges the gap between Dr. Do's clinical recommendations and a patient's real-world budget, scheduling needs, and peace of mind.
What You Will Do:
- Deliver Concierge-Level Care: Greet patients with warmth, build immediate rapport, and ensure they feel deeply heard and supported from start to finish.
- Present with Integrity: Confidently translate clinical diagnoses into approachable, clear, and comprehensive treatment options. Alleviate anxiety by answering questions thoroughly and transparently.
- Navigate Financials & Insurance: Masterfully handle dental insurance benefits, maximize coverage, present accurate estimates, and offer flexible payment solutions without hidden surprises.
- Own the Schedule: Partner effectively with our clinical team to seamlessly coordinate treatment sequencing, maximizing production efficiency while strictly respecting our patients’ time.
- Cultivate Long-Term Loyalty: Act as a proud brand ambassador for Pine Cove Dental, nurturing lasting community relationships that reflect our warm, friendly, and elevated personality.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a dental front office or treatment coordinator capacity.
- Dental Fluency: Comprehensive understanding of clinical terminology, procedure sequencing, and major dental coding mechanics.
- Ethical Mindset: A true passion for patient-centric care and a refusal to compromise on clinical or financial transparency.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional listening skills and the innate ability to communicate complex insurance, financial, and dental concepts with ease and empathy.
