We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Automotive Finance Manager to join our new and growing dealership. This role is critical to delivering a smooth, transparent, and compliant buying experience while maximizing profitability through finance and insurance products.
Key Responsibilities

Present and sell finance, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers

Secure financing through lenders while maintaining competitive rates and terms

Ensure all deals are structured accurately and comply with federal, state, and lender regulations

Prepare and review contracts and legal documentation

Work closely with the sales team to finalize deals efficiently

Maintain strong relationships with lending partners

Monitor and improve F&I performance metrics (PVR, product penetration, compliance
Requirements:
Qualifications

Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager (or strong F&I background)

Solid understanding of auto financing, lender programs, and compliance requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment

Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS)
