About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, direct-hire opportunities at established long-term care facilities in Westchester County and Manhattan, NY. We are actively hiring six (6) LPNs, with two openings available on each shift (Days, Evenings, and Nights).

Position Overview
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide direct nursing care to residents while working collaboratively with Registered Nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the healthcare team
- Document assessments, treatments, and resident progress accurately in the medical record
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and ongoing resident evaluations
- Collaborate with physicians, Registered Nurses, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals
- Communicate effectively with residents and their families regarding care and treatment
- Maintain compliance with infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards
- Promote a positive, compassionate, and resident-centered care environment
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (required)
- Prior nursing home or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the healthcare team
