L&M ADAS is seeking an experienced ADAS Calibration Technician to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about diagnostics, vehicle technology, and solving complex automotive problems, we want to hear from you.
You’ll work with the latest OEM diagnostic equipment and calibration technology in a professional environment focused exclusively on Advanced Driver Assistance Systems.
What You’ll Do
Perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations
Complete pre- and post-repair diagnostic scans
Program and initialize vehicle modules when required
Diagnose camera, radar, ultrasonic sensor, and LiDAR-related issues
Follow OEM repair procedures
Document calibration reports
Work closely with collision centers, dealerships, and insurance partners
Maintain a high standard of quality and customer service
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of ADAS calibration experience
Experience with OEM scan tools
Experience using Autel, Bosch, TEXA, Launch, or similar diagnostic equipment
Strong electrical and diagnostic troubleshooting skills
Valid driver’s license
I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus
Compensation & Benefits
$20–$45/hour, depending on experience
