We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual who is passionate about customer service and serving personalized food and beverages. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks related to beverage and food preparation. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Maintaining a clean and sanitized work area, including floors, equipment, and cleaning of utensils, dishes, air pots and small wares items.

Transporting food and supplies from the main kitchen to the serving site.

Producing high-quality hand-crafted beverages, utilizing recipe cards, measuring ingredients appropriately.

Producing “made to order” food based off customer’s specifications.

Greeting, servicing and preparing guest orders in a friendly, professional and timely manner.

Ensuring total customer satisfaction.

Brewing coffee, preparing tea, and other beverages for cold or shelf holding.

Performing espresso machine cleaning cycle at closing.

Performing cashiering duties, including balancing end of shift drawer, and completing a deposit at closing.

Restocking food and paper goods

Recording of food and food storage equipment temperatures
-
Demonstrating a thorough understanding of all menu offerings.

Performing cutting and chopping of food items and setting up cold bar.

Standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and performing repetitive tasks.

Paying attention to detail and communicating with team members.
-
Making pull and prep lists for restocking.

Performing trash removal duties.

Requirements:
Previous Barista experience required
Knowledge of how brewing equipment operates.
SERV Safe Certification
Ability to bend, twist, squat, reach, crawl, push/pull, and stand without limitation and for long periods of time
Ability to carry 50lbs on a consistent basis
Reading, writing, oral proficiency, and basic math skills
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for preparing, stocking, and maintaining your station continuously throughout the day
Greets guests determining their coffee interests and needs
Educates guests by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu and answering questions
Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques along with serving pastries, sandwiches, and other food items
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
Use of cash register, accurate cash handling and payment processing
Work as a team with others, train new team members, and cross train in other departments
Complete weekly inventory and order list
Clean and maintain all equipment continuously
Perform any other tasks as requested by Operations Manager
