Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Experience: Minimum 5+ years' experience

Licensure: Illinois Professional Engineer (or can obtain through reciprocity)

Knowledge: Solid understanding of industry best practices, techniques, standards and specifications, and design software

Salary range $75,000-$175,000/year determined by education, experience, licensure, and knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external benchmarking.
