Career Start is currently seeking a Production Associate in Buffalo, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately weighing, portioning, and packaging food items at a prep station to create prepared meals. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, follows instructions closely, and maintains high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
Pay of Production Associate:
Shift: Monday, Thursday, and Friday 7 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities of Production Associate:
- Accurately weigh and portion food items according to meal specifications.
- Assemble ingredients into meal containers at prep tables.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with labeling, sealing, and packaging meals.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
- Collaborate with team members and follow direction from supervisors.
Requirements of Production Associate:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
