Seeking Senior/Lateral and Junior litigators with 6+ years of IP litigation experience with knowledge in patent/trademark/copyright litigation in federal court, licensing/contracts, cease and desist letters, and/or client counseling. Proven record of client development as supported by a portable book of business. At least one state bar license is required. Attorneys control their own billable rates and there is no minimum hourly requirement. Telecommuting and flexible hours available. We will consider qualified candidates in any part of the U.S.
