Position: Appointment Setter (Full-Time)Location: Colorado (In-person)
Compensation:
- Base Salary + Commission
- Typical earnings range: $60,000 to $250,000+ annually (combination of base pay, commission, and bonuses)
About the Role:
Solarise is growing fast and seeking motivated, energetic Canvassers to help homeowners learn about the benefits of switching to solar energy. In this role, you’ll work outdoors, going door-to-door to generate leads and set appointments for solar consultations. This is not a door-to-door sales position with hard-closing requirements. We are seeking a motivated individual eager to join a great company and earn a good living. Customers will get a $50 gift card for taking a look at a proposal! You’ll focus on scheduling these appointments for our sales team.
What You’ll Do:
- Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods in different cities (no hard selling)
- Engage homeowners and explain briefly about our solar programs.
- Set appointments for no-obligation solar consultations
- Log appointments and follow-ups in the company system
- Attend training and team meetings
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and professional communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
- Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation is required to go to the assigned areas
- Previous door-to-door or canvassing experience is a plus (but not required)

Schedule:
- Five days per week (occasional weekend work as needed)

Pay: $5,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 30 per week
