Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents in our rehabilitation center, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and timely communication
Monitor and maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care, treatments, and medications
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
Other duties as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
Valid RN license in the state of Florida
Current CPR certification
Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with care and dignity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
