Overview
Patients First Home Care is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This is an entry level position. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent for our organization. This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment, utilizing various platforms and tools to identify candidates who align with our company culture and values. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes/job applications
- Perform phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Engage in lead generation activities to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Manage social media platforms for employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate fit effectively.
- Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
Requirements
- A level II background screening is required for this position https://info.flclearinghouse.com
- Current Driver's License with current auto insurance
- CEU on Elderly Abuse, Human Trafficking and Alzheimer's/Dementia
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams, especially Excell spreadsheets
