Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager specializing in Commercial Construction to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Project Planning & Scheduling:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Coordinate resources, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Budget & Cost Management:
- Prepare project budgets, track expenses, and manage financial resources efficiently.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, updates, and concerns.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Lead project teams, assigning responsibilities and ensuring accountability.
- Facilitate collaboration between departments, subcontractors, and vendors.
Risk Management & Compliance:
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects comply with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Quality Control & Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and enforce quality standards.
Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution:
- Address challenges proactively and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
- Make timely decisions that balance client expectations, budget, and schedule.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of project status, changes, and milestones.
- Prepare reports for executive leadership and clients as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
