This is a Full-Time or Part-Time driver position with 323 Transit LLC, delivering OVERSIZE Amazon packages! 323 Transit LLC is owned by a former Sr Program Manager, and we are excited about this opportunity! 323 Transit is defined by WINNING at all aspects including safety, engagement, customer experience, and diversity. Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Benefits & Scheduling:
$22.50+/ hour (paid weekly on Friday) starting. Raise after 3 successful months of employment
10-hour shifts are typical
4-day work week (40 hours) is typical, but may increase during PEAK times
10-hour shifts are typical, hours are typically 7:45 - 5:45 OR 830AM – 630PM .
**Must be able to work both shifts**

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Safely operate a DOT medium duty vehicles weighting between 10,001 - 26,000lbs. Trucks ranges from 15-26’ in length.
Completed mandatory DOT safety inspections on company vehicle prior to going on route.
Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, DOT policies, and company policies
Keep pace in a physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions.
Safely load and deliver packages ranging from 70-300lbs AND get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day
Deliver packages to houses, apartments, and businesses with accuracy.
Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
Use company provided smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
Requirements:
· Must be at least 21 years old
· Must have held NY state driver’s license for at least 4 years.
· Authorized to work in the United States
· Must pass a Drug Screening
· Must have a clean motor vehicle report. (Multiple violations can disqualify you from the position). Will need to pass road test.
Successful completion of DOT certification and DOT physical (ok to acquire during onboarding)
· Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
