Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to oversee manufacturing operations within a dynamic factory environment. Duties
- Supervise daily production activities on the 2nd shift, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Coordinate and monitor assembly line operations to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Assign tasks to team members, providing guidance and support to meet production goals.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, including forklifts and power tools, to ensure proper functioning.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues on the factory floor and implement timely solutions.
- Oversee warehouse activities, including inventory management and the safe operation of forklifts.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and training staff on new procedures.
- Maintain accurate production records, report progress, and escalate issues as needed.

Experience
- Proven factory experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory role.
- Hands-on knowledge of assembly lines, hand tools, power tools, and warehouse operations.
- Experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently within a manufacturing facility.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly.
- Familiarity with factory safety standards and best practices for manufacturing environments.
- Previous leadership experience supervising production teams in a fast-paced setting.
